These four quarters of land in western Oklahoma are a lush wonderland! Sweetwater Creek runs through one of the quarters and small tributaries branch out into some of the other quarters. The entire acreage is covered in lush grasses and trees. 480 acres are all on one side of the road and 160 more acres are just across the road to the south. This 160 acres has a house on it that is used by hunters numerous times a year to hunt deer, turkey, quail, water fowl. and more. There are also several RV hookups for the hunters to use next to the house. The NW quarter has an old barn and a gas/oil well site on it. All the quarters have good fences and water on them for grazing livestock. Ask about dividing the acreage.
